Indispensable for making trendy coloured cakes like rainbow cake, or as a colored hint about the macarons’ flavour. This natural coloring gives your products a fine, petal-like aspect.
This food colorant has no animal origin. Please have in mind that because of the natural origin, the product can slightly influence the final taste.
It can be added in powder products or it can be dissolved in warm water ( 50-80°C) before adding it into the final product ( 1 colorant measure for 1 water measure).
