This food coloring is used as a surface dye, it is not incorporated in the mass. You can use it to decorate your chocolate, sugar paste, almond paste, macaroons, desserts … it adapts to all uses!
For a “glitter” effect, simply sprinkle the metallic dye on the surface to be decorated or spread it on your finger. For more precision, especially for sugar paste decorations, you can use a fine brush.
You can also get a food paint with this powder dye, just dilute it in alcohol, then apply with a brush.
To make bright chocolate candies, place some metal powder in the shape of chocolate. The dye will transfer during deflation.
It can also be applied to the airbrush by diluting 10g of food alcohol with 2 gr of food color.
