Description
Fat soluble dye lacquered violet 100gr allows you to color your chocolate confectionery or chocolate spray gun to decorate Easter, Christmas eggs etc.
This fat-soluble powder dye is used in all fat preparations.
To color your dishes, simply add fat-soluble food coloring directly to the mass. Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place.
Composition: E122 Carmoisine, E132 Indigotine.
Food coloring intended for use in foodstuffs and in the doses set out in Regulation (EU) 1129/2011 of 11 November 2011 and in Regulation (EU) no. 380/2012 of 3 May 2012.
